Terms of Service

By accessing or using Content Machine ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Content Machine provides AI-powered tools for generating social media posts, images and short videos. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aismm.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage limits.
• Generate CSAM or any content that exploits or harms minors.

Content you generate using the Service is owned by you, subject to the licences required by the underlying AI model providers. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including our software, design and branding. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to deliver the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in EUR; VAT may be added depending on your country of residence. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of purchase ("cooling-off period") without giving any reason. To exercise this right contact us at support@aismm.pro. Note that by expressly requesting the Service to begin before the cooling-off period ends you acknowledge this right may be partially waived for services already rendered.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

All content generated by the Service is produced by AI models and is labeled accordingly in line with EU AI Act Art. 50. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of domicile.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
