1. Who we are

Content Machine ("we", "us", "our") operates the website aismm.pro and provides AI-powered content generation services. For purposes of the GDPR we are the data controller. For CCPA purposes we are a business.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, password hash when you register.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, time on site.
  • Content data — prompts, generated text, images and videos you create. We do not use this data to train AI models.
  • Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store card details.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, crash logs.
  • Cookie data — see our Cookie Policy.

3. Lawful bases for processing (GDPR)

  • Contract — processing necessary to deliver the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, security, analytics on aggregate usage.
  • Consent — analytics and marketing cookies (you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner).
  • Legal obligation — compliance with applicable laws.

4. How we use your data

  • Provide and improve the Content Machine service.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
  • Monitor and improve platform performance and security.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we remove personal data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it longer. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. International transfers

We use service providers located outside the EU/EEA (e.g. cloud infrastructure, AI model providers). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or equivalent mechanisms, to ensure an adequate level of protection.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Restrict — ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights email privacy@aismm.pro. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
  • Delete personal information we have collected about you.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA. To submit a request email privacy@aismm.pro with the subject line "CCPA Request".

9. Children's privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
